Exchange Simulator – Free Multiplayer Stock Market Sim

Exchange Simulator is a free, multiplayer stock market simulation built entirely from scratch — PHP 8.5, no frameworks, and even the charts (candle + line view) are custom-coded instead of using something like Chart.js.

I'm not a professional trader myself. I read trading books and briefly traded on a real exchange (small scale, low risk) to understand the mechanics before building this. So this is a passion project shaped by research and hands-on curiosity, not financial expertise.

How it works:

Other players' trades actually affect the global market — it's not just AI-simulated

Candle and line chart views for every stock

A Reddit-style community tab, friend system, DMs, and P2P money transfers between players

Available in English and German (in-game news stays in English for global accessibility)

Completely free, no geo-restrictions currently

Best played on: PC, laptop, or tablet. Mobile support is coming in a future update — it works in a browser on phones already, just a bit cramped for now.

What I'm looking for: honest, constructive feedback, especially from anyone with real trading experience. If something feels unrealistic or broken in the market mechanics, I want to know — respectfully, please, but don't hold back on substance. Feedback directly shapes future updates to the engine.
